Simple duct connections to this recessed ceiling unit allows you to combine 2 rooms into one zone. Each 24,000 BTU unit offers capacity for up to 1500 square feet. Add a duct and spread the cooling capacity across a bathroom and bedroom combination in a residential application or foyer and office shared use in a commercial layout. At only 9 inches high, the unit fits easily in a drop ceiling or attic space.

Each recessed ceiling cassette unit disperses air in all directions for balanced comfort. Additionally, each unit can share capacity with an adjacent room via flexible duct. The unit’s off-white decorative panel blends easily with room and ceiling design. A built-in condensate pump provides flexible and easy installation. All that’s needed to accommodate this slim unit is a 24” x 24” space in a drop ceiling.

Klimaire's new KMIR436-H217-2 outdoor unit has a high-performance twin rotary compressor for lasting durability and quiet operation. The variable speed compressor keeps operational noise low as the motor speeds up and slows down gradually in alignment with the indoor temperature needs. Controlled by the variable speed compressor, dedicated dehumidification mode effectively maintains recommended air moisture levels.
