The slim duct hide-away low-profile fan coil unit can be mounted above a dropped ceiling or an attic space. Minimal duct work is required which makes it very energy efficient, back air inlet is standard and the bottom is optional. The KDIP series has a central air appearance but is just as efficient as a mini-split unit. Very quiet operation with a compact design that is suitable where ceiling cavity is small, an exterior drain pump could be needed where there is not enough slope to drain. Unit is ideal to cool several zones, such as bedroom and bathroom in residences; foyer, bathroom, and bedroom combinations in commercial applications. A wired controller is attached to the unit which gives you several features to choose including anti-cold air, auto restart, sleep mode, follow me function and low ambient heating/cooling. These features assure to accommodate the needed space with precise cooling.

KSIR036-H218-O-2 | Outdoor Unit
KSIR036-H218-O-2 is a compact outdoor unit that requires minimal ground space and can be mounted to a wall with a wall mounting bracket (see accessories). Pre-charged up to 25 feet of refrigerant piping. An automatic defrost prevents condensation from freezing and damaging the compressor. The built-in base pan heater ensures reliable operation in temperature as low as 5º F. A built-in crank case heater protects your compressor for a longer lifespan.
